1 ½ pounds chicken, not too young

12 cups coconut milk from 3 coconuts

2 seed kandis acid

1 stalk lemongrass, crushed

1 sheet turmeric leaf

Two lime leaves

Salt to taste

Blend:

1 ounce red chili

15 pieces red onion

6 cloves garlic

5 pieces of hazelnut

2 cm ginger

3 cm laos (which need not be crushed, just in keprak only)

Method:

Today I am going to put up a review of Teanobi’s Latte Matcha. I have always been a coffee type but I have an uncle who is way into tea. So he sent me some tea for Xmas and I have to say wow. I don’t know if you have ever heard of this brand, I sure had not, nor had I tried matcha before. Basically matcha is green tea powder from how I understand it. So when you open up their package you get just these amazing aromas, I cant really describe it but you can almost taste the flavor right there. The instructions are fairly simple add a half a teaspoon to a cup of steamed milk and stir. I was a little worried I am not really into sweetened coffee or tea and hate those artificial flavors, but none of that here. So I nuked some milk and stirred in the matcha. It mixed in very easy I thought it would clump more. The color is this great bright green and the flavor is amazing. I must admit even though I am a coffee person this might have changed me.
